The question is today is - Are you suffering from Hypothermia?

Are you suffering from Hypothermia in your life?

by Kim Vermaak

A person is said to be hypothermic when their body temperature falls below 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit to 95 or below. In this state, people stop feeling and staying conscious is the only way to keep alive.  In the book, the author mentions a captain of a ship that has gone down. Many of the crew had simply slipped away into the water and died.  The captain had to bite and pinch himself to create enough discomfort to stay awake.

Sometimes there is trouble in our life and we try to lull ourselves into a comfort zone in an attempt to avoid feeling the pain of our circumstances.

No one likes pain.  But there is certain pain that you must feel to propel yourself into action.

There are things that I would like to change in my life. But when I see inactivity in the area of my dreams and goals, I have to ask. Äm I suffering from Hypothermia?

So ask yourself these questions?

What are your goals?
What are the areas of pain in your life?
Do you have enough pain to propel you out of the place you are in?
What steps will you take today to make them happen?

Quote from the Book:

Every day you have the opportunity to harness the remarkable power of change and move onto victory.  Ralf Bruksos
